I've been with MyHammer since 2012. I started as Senior Controller and now, as Head of BI & Controlling, I lead the team that takes care of all company-relevant key figures, whether it's ensuring data collection, its evaluability or interpretation.
MyHammer offers me a great deal of creative freedom: I can reconcile career and children and am supported from all sides.

I have already worked at MyHammer from 2008 to 2013 and returned in the summer of 2018 after further professional stations. Of course there have also been changes at MyHammer during this time, but the great working environment with many former and now new colleagues was familiar to me immediately. I was able to get right back to work with exciting tasks and today I enjoy going to the office again every day.

I joined MyHammer AG over 10 years ago as a student assistant in quality assurance (QA). Since 2015 I am Head of System Operations & internal IT and am leading a team of about five employees. To reach this goal I was able develop diverse and enourmously exciting areas of expertise and activity. I am sure that the coming years will be just as exciting as the last 10 years!
